Hi everyone, just to let you know that at 1956 BST on 31 July 2008 I achieved my 1700 rating for the first time in my chess career. My current rating is 1705.

Kaidanov's chess homework pays at Eastern Open — Kentucky GM Gregory Kaidanov is perhaps better known today as a chess teacher than a competitor.
